Can I delete everything?
Yes. Delete your account and all data immediately from Settings, and backups expire within 14 days. Or cancel and we keep it for 30 days in case you return.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Download your files and conversations from Settings at any time.
Does my data leave Monotonic?
No. Files are sent over an encrypted connection and encrypted as soon as they reach us. They are cleaned, stored and trained on inside Monotonic, and every answer is generated there.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $29 a month, plus applicable sales tax. The price is per account, not per person: Starter is for one person, Pro includes up to 5 people and Business up to 25. Pricing and limits are in the pricing section above.
